Drew has over 25 years of management experience since graduating from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Varsity Letter.

After joining State Farm Insurance Company, Drew managed offices in Joplin, Columbia, St. Louis, Mo and New Orleans, LA before returning home to Monroe, LA. Drew’s expertise in the insurance industry includes the handling of litigation and sensitive records/documents, negotiation skills, dispute resolution, fraud investigation, public and media relations and the management of claims offices for the nation’s largest insurance company.

Drew is a member of the Health Financial Management Association and stays current on the ever-changing world of hospital financial management.

Drew is a founding member of Action Revenue Recovery and looks forward to working with clients to achieve long lasting relationships.

Sarah Fontana

Executive Vice President

Sarah attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe majoring in Accounting. She has over 18 years of management experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to joining Action Revenue Recovery, Sarah served as a Mortgage Officer at Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation.

Sarah has the experience and dedication to offer our clients the very best in the administration of their accounts.

Bob Kennedy

Chairman

Bob has over 50 years of management experience and has served on boards of directors for 4 large corporations. After serving eleven years on the executive finance committee of a 250-bed hospital, Bob has extensive experience in analyzing the revenue cycle of a large medical facility. This knowledge provides the basis for Action Revenue Recovery’s collection procedures.

Bob is a member of the Health Financial Management Association and stays current on the ever-changing world of hospital financial management. As chairman, Bob’s approach is innovative and focused on results for each client.

Bob has a B.S. degree, is  certified by the University of Georgia Executive Management School, and has attended many seminars pertaining to financial management. Bob presented seminars on collection techniques, HIPAA requirements, and related office practices.
